WHAT THIS PAGE IS
DAUDIT asks you for decisions you have not told anyone else. This page states plainly what happens to those words. Where something is not yet true, it says so.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Your decision text and the conversation that follows it. Your forecast, your recorded outcome, and the scores derived from them. Your email address if you create an account. Basic behavioural events about how you move through the product — pages viewed, whether an audit started, whether a forecast was placed. Your decision text is never placed into those events.
WHERE IT GOES
Your words are sent to Anthropic's Claude to produce the examination, and stored so your record persists. We use third-party providers for hosting, database, email, and payment; a current list is available on request at the address above.
WHAT WE DO NOT DO
We do not sell your decision data. We do not use it to train models. No one reads your audits except where necessary to operate or repair the service.
HOW LONG, AND HOW TO REMOVE IT
Records are kept while your account exists, because the record persisting is the product. Anonymous Opening Reads are not attached to an account. Behavioural analytics are currently kept without a fixed deletion schedule; when one is in place, this page will say so.
Write to privacy@daudit.net to export or delete everything. This is handled by a person, not an automated button — usually within 30 days.
SECURITY
Data travels over TLS and is stored with per-account access rules, so one account cannot read another's records. No system is perfect; if we ever learn of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Write to the address above and we will honour them.
CHILDREN
DAUDIT is not intended for anyone under 18.
CHANGES
If this notice changes materially, the date above changes and we will say what changed.
Your decisions stay yours.
Decision data is never sold and never used to train models.
